Elderly Care

The support we provide is tailored to each individual and is centred around creating positive outcomes to remain safe and promote independence at home. Whether you or your family member is looking for help with daily routines, support around the house or 24 hour support to live at home, here at Cheshire Home Care, we can help you. Our fully trained carers are specifically recruited to assist with all aspects of your daily life including:
  • personal care such as washing, dressing and continence care
  • meal preparation and support
  • medication support
  • household duties such as cleaning, washing, ironing
  • shopping and appointments.
We are committed to providing a high-quality service which is both discreet and professional. We work with our clients, family members and, where relevant, external healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans, focused on individual needs. We offer visits ranging from 30 minutes right through to 24 hours a day. No two care packages are the same and our dedicated team will carry out an in-depth home assessment before any support commences.

Dementia Care

We know how stressful and challenging it can be when you discover that someone you love has dementia or Alzheimer's. We can provide you with a compassionate and reliable dementia care service that won't let you down. Here at Cheshire Home Care, we passionately believe that it is absolutely possible to live well with dementia – given the right care, compassion and support.

Our carers are specially trained in dementia care which enables us to support individuals to continue to live happily at home, in familiar surroundings while following their usual routines. We will provide you with a high standard of service and ensure that every effort is made to give your loved one the dementia care that they need.

Our dementia care can be flexible to meet your requirements. We can provide you with a tailor-made plan that includes the frequency of visits, what time of day we visit as well as any special requirements that need to be met.

Companionship

Loneliness is one of the most difficult aspects of growing old. As life becomes more and more fast paced it can be very difficult to regularly help an older parent, family member or friend living on their own.

Our carers are available to offer a friendly face as often as is needed. Whether it be accompanying you to your appointments, helping with shopping and housework or simply visiting to talk and provide company, here at Cheshire Home Care, we can be there for you or your loved one.

End of Life Care

Our end of life care supports individuals with an advanced, progressive illness and can help to improve and enhance their quality of life as the end approaches. We enable our clients to remain in the comfort and ease of their own home. Our end of life care service can be put in place quickly and is always tailored to each individuals needs; considering their symptoms, psychological wellbeing, social requirements or spiritual needs.

Our staff are specially trained in end of life care to ensure that care is delivered sensitively and with dignity. We work closely with hospices, GPs and other healthcare professionals to help control pain and keep your loved one as comfortable as possible as they approach the end of their life.
